The function of the pipes, fans and dampers from TPI (Netherlands) is to discharge the dirty air through the pipes by turning on the motor; because of the discharge, a negative pressure is created in the room and fresh air is brought in through other air inlets to ensure that the pigs breathe fresh air. This brand of ventilation pipe is made of polyurethane, which is composed of a "sandwich" structure on the pipe wall, that is, the inside and outside are wrapped by a layer of hard polyurethane material with a thickness of 2-3mm, and the middle layer is a 20mm thick foam structure with the same chemical composition. Its advantage is that it is lighter in weight than ordinary products with the same length and thickness, but it does not lose its firmness. The product is designed for use in harsh farming environments and is resistant to acids, alkalis and condensation and can be used in extremely hot or cold conditions.
Temperature sensor, humidity sensor, carbon dioxide sensor, positive pressure measurement sensor, are also from DEVRIE, their functions are mainly to measure the indoor temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, air pressure, and will transfer the relevant data to the environmental control computer, can monitor whether the indoor air quality data fit within the normal value range preset in the environmental control computer, once the value does not match, the environmental control computer will notify the alarm The system activates the alarm mode.
The function of the positive pressure control system, developed by Bihlmann, is that the computer in the loop monitors that the air pressure is out of the normal range through the relevant sensors and can be used to bring the room pressure back to normal by changing the ventilation pattern.
The alarm system, from DEVRIE, will send a command to the alarm system when the environmental control computer receives that the ventilation status of the room is not good, the temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, air pressure values do not match the preset standards, and the alarm will be turned on, so that the site manager can understand in time that there is an unexpected situation, make a quick judgment and do remedial measures.
Emergency power supply, from DEVRIE, this unit is used in case of a sudden power failure to provide a back-up power supply to allow the equipment to continue working for a short period of time, e.g. to save data. It ensures that the system can be restarted after a normal power supply and that the normal operation of the system is not affected by data loss or data errors.
The ventilation system adopts the central exhaust + vertical ventilation mode in the floor trench to realize real-time monitoring of air temperature and air quality in each temperature zone, promptly alarming and informing the site administrator how to regulate when unexpected situations are encountered. The system is self-adaptive, simple to operate, maintenance-free and has low operation and maintenance costs.
The biological deodorization air treatment system is designed to solve dust and odor pollution in the farm room, achieving a maximum air filtration treatment capacity of 1800705 m 3/h, filter surface 76.8 x 6 m, air velocity through the filter: 1.08 m/sec, air residence time in the filter: 0.83 sec, ammonia removal treatment rate: >70%, dust particle reduction: > 75%, odor reduction >45%.
